Tim
Ford, President & CEO

Mr. Ford has over 30 years of experience in the collections industry. He
founded Commercial Recovery Systems in 1984, noticing
that the market was hungry for a receivables management
company that delivers significant results and quality
customer service. Since inception, CRS has seen
continuous growth and posted a profit for all but
one month.
He is also a member of Whos Who in Leading Executives
and Future Leaders of America. During his leisure
time, he is an avid boater and a competitive softball
and baseball player. Born in Alton, IL, Tim
currently resides in Heath, TX.
David J. Devany, Vice President,
Systems Manager

Mr.
Devany has more than 30 years in office automation
and networking. Since joining the CRS team in
1993, his efforts in office automation and networking
have facilitated the companys more than quadruple
growth.
Previous to joining CRS, his company, Dallas Personal
Computer, sold and serviced one of the first personal
computers. Before Dallas Personal Computer,
Mr. Devany achieved success both in the technical
and sales aspects of the systems industry. As
a sales manager for CPT Word Processing, he consistently
ranked among the top three salesmen in the nation.
Working for IBM as a customer engineer, he received
IBMs coveted IBM Means Service Award.
Mr. Devany is a native of Dallas, Texas. He
has worked political campaigns as both a finance chairman
and campaign manager. In addition to spending
time working on his motorcycles, he has owned highly
successful race horses, earning over 50 wins in Oklahoma
and Texas. He and his wife Cherilynn live in
Plano, Texas and have three daughters and three grandsons.
Jack Cecil, Vice President,
Marketing

Mr.
Cecil started at CRS as a part-time collector in 1992.
Even though he worked part-time, he was the companys
top collector almost every month until 1997 when he
joined the company full-time as Director of Marketing.
Since then, Jacks efforts have been vital in
delivering the companys 200% growth in revenues
over the past 5 years. He has received several
awards including several Quarterly Merit Awards from
Western Union.
Born in Biloxi, Mississippi, Mr. Cecil has lived in
Rockwall, Texas for 17 years. He is very active
with the Rockwall Community Playhouse, serving on
the board of directors for three years. He has
won numerous awards for his contributions to the Playhouse
including the Presidents Award in 2000 noting
his significant impact on the theatre. Mr. Cecil
is also an avid fly fisherman. He recently married
Angela Richardson.
Wade Thunhorst, General
Counsel

Mr.
Thunhorst has been with CRS since 1994. His
responsibilities as general counsel include both legal
and financial oversight. Previous to joining
CRS, Mr. Thunhorst practiced real estate law for several
firms both in Houston and Dallas. He graduated
from Rutgers University in 1978 and received his law
degree from Vanderbilt University in 1982.
Mr. Thunhorst is co-editor of Asset Protection Planning,
a publication for accountants concerning the protection
of long-term assets. He has also received awards
from the Texas Land Title Association and the American
Collectors Association.
Mr. Thunhorst has lived in Texas for over twenty years.
He was born in Ft. Lee, Virginia, and lived in the
New Jersey area for many years. He is active
in various community organizations. Wade and
his wife Wanda have two daughters.
